Welcome to our website. By booking a tour with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking and Payments

  • A minimum advance payment of ₹1,000 per person is required to confirm your tour booking.
  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI, bank transfer, or cash, as agreed.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins, unless stated otherwise.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted for future bookings, depending on availability and prior notice.

2. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

  • Tour packages include only those services listed on the package description (e.g., transport, hotel stay, meals, entry tickets, etc.).
  • Personal expenses such as extra meals, drinks, shopping, or tips are not included.
  • Any changes or add-ons during the tour may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour may be eligible for partial rescheduling or credit note, but advance payments are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour or for no-shows.
  • In case of bad weather, strikes, or natural events, we will try to reschedule the tour or offer alternative options. However, refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the tour schedule due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.
  • Guests will be informed in advance wherever possible.

5. Responsibility and Liability

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, or injury to you or your belongings during the trip.
  • All guests are expected to follow safety rules and instructions provided by our guides and staff.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle, boat, or property during the tour must be paid for by the guest.

6. Health and Safety

  • Guests with medical conditions must inform us before booking.
  • Please carry your regular medicines and valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) during the tour.
  • We follow all local COVID-19 and safety guidelines to ensure a safe journey.

7. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
  • Misbehavior, intoxication, or illegal activities may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Use of Photos and Videos

  • During the tour, we may take photos or videos for promotional use. If you do not wish to be included, please inform our team in advance.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to Goa jurisdiction only.
