By booking a tour with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Booking and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A minimum <strong>advance payment of \u20b91,000 per person<\/strong> is required to confirm your tour booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI, bank transfer, or cash, as agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins, unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advance payments are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> but may be adjusted for future bookings, depending on availability and prior notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tour packages include only those services listed on the package description (e.g., transport, hotel stay, meals, entry tickets, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal expenses such as extra meals, drinks, shopping, or tips are <strong>not included<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any changes or add-ons during the tour may incur additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour may be eligible for partial rescheduling or credit note, but <strong>advance payments are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour or for no-shows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of bad weather, strikes, or natural events, we will try to reschedule the tour or offer alternative options. However, refunds are not guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Changes to Itinerary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We reserve the right to make minor changes to the tour schedule due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests will be informed in advance wherever possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Responsibility and Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, or injury to you or your belongings during the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All guests are expected to follow safety rules and instructions provided by our guides and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any damage caused to the vehicle, boat, or property during the tour must be paid for by the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Health and Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests with medical conditions must inform us before booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please carry your regular medicines and valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) during the tour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We follow all local COVID-19 and safety guidelines to ensure a safe journey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Code of Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misbehavior, intoxication, or illegal activities may result in removal from the tour without a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Use of Photos and Videos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>During the tour, we may take photos or videos for promotional use. If you do not wish to be included, please inform our team in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
